I'm so over feeling overwhelming dread every Sunday. Give me severance and I'll happily leave. Even being unemployed would be better for my mental health than this constant torture.

It looks like you have never been unemployed, especially in a bad market where getting a new job could take many months.
The way they are doing these layoffs is inhumane. I rather they would just do it in set waves than this slow drip torture chamber. I am also getting to the point where I don’t even care any more. I do the minimum and if I do get laid off, oh well, their loss. No big deal getting laid off from $hitibank
RIF? I put in minimal effort to do the jobs adequately and got great, keep up the good work mid-year review. 388 is full of mindless bots, they didn't even notice I checked out in December. Well said, RIF me please! I usually sign on to Citi by now, around 7AM via Omnissa Horizen but I'm looking for hope here first. Let this be the week they RIF me. I'll be useless, rude, make typo errs and ignore clients all day as I wait. Citi, 388 is dreadful. Thanks for listening folks!
