I agree with the poster below. Moving doesn't guarantee you won't be 'right-sized' at any time Enb deems it necessary. As long as you understand that, why not move? You'll have better opportunities in Calgary if you do get laid off.
be careful is my advice. they like to reorg all the time and are very disorganized
Why turn down any VP relocation? Pad that retirement
