The hardest part isn’t even being made redundant - it’s the constant anxiety of knowing it’s coming. Having that sword hanging over our heads day after day takes a huge toll on mental health and wellbeing and productivity
True, but you need to stay positive as you cannot control this ride, other than leaving now.
