if we are laid off this year, between now and December, does anyone know if we will get our bonus next year?

@OP No bonus. To get a bonus you have to be employed on the day they are paid. That is why people waited to resign tihs year until after bonuses were paid.

Must be an employee by 9/30 to be eligible. Most managers are not going to waste their limited bonus budget on people who are gone. If you get anything, it will be minimal.

Must be employed by September 30 Including garden leave
If you will get a bonus or not depend on your manager
And most of them will not give you one

Before Charlie not question they would give you a prorated amount the following yr. W Charlie and hos horrible treatment of employees likely not a chance. Long term word gets around though. I tell friends and family daily how they treat me.

Flip a coin. Most managers try to give you something, but this place changes everyday.

you have to be an employee as of sept 30 to be eligible for bonus. if you are displaced less than 60 days prior to sept 30 then you would still be an employee on sept 30
