Ineligible for VSP states specialized roles are excluded.

@OP if you’re on this site I’m guessing you’re not in a special role. I’m a supervisor and I know I’m not special. . This is cut throat from what I hear.
On this board, people in Actuarial and IT Security have mentioned they aren't eligible. Probably just a very small number of hard to staff, high skill departments.
Just the opposite of basic roles
I know our MDs were ineligible.
