I started filling this survey out even though it’s requesting your ID. Funny they’re basically asking, do you want higher deductibles that will allow for higher merit or keep it the same. Like either way they’re going to take from one thing to give it to another. It’s insulting. The way it’s set up is to show allllllll the benefits they give us. I want them to allow colleagues to invest 50% of their employee 401k balances with an outside investment account, as Aetna did. Investment offerings from the CVS plan are limited, overpriced and underperforming. Allowing this option enabled me to retire at 55. Others deserve freedom of choice with long term investment too.

The preventative check up is purely about adding your data to the pool for ultimate monetization. I went to minute clinic because my primary physician miscoded the visit. ALL they did was take my blood -literally no questions about my health or lifestyle.

The scenarios they offer are a joke. They are not looking to improve any of the cost of living or cost of healthcare situations for employees. You get one comment at the end. I mentioned the spouse surcharge. Other Fortune 20 wholesale club retailers do NOT charge this, and provide medical coverage for a significantly lower cost to employees.
