Do you or your team have to install WorkIQ? Company is using WorkIQ to get rid of employee making silly excuses.

@jb anything production based, customer service, appeals, claims, etc.
Is it for more production oriented roles, like customer service?
@hx it's a tool for micro managing. They may say it's not, but it pretty much tracks everything you do, your clicks, sites and systems you use and how long you use them. It also includes a new pop up for when you are idle 10 minutes or more.
Can someone please share what WorkIQ is?
We just got an email that it will be installed in the future but no additional information was provided.
Yes we do. Manager doesn’t enforce anything though.
