Is there a Kalshi for RTO5?
Everyone is miserable waiting for the other RTO shoe to drop. Steadily being replaced by GCC & AI. This is the future.
Scrums don’t include jokes and the only tragic comedy comes from the EC
Everyone is afraid. There is no team spirit anymore. People just look out for themselves. Sit off the time in the office, then go home, turn on their brains again, and live their life.
That the office environment is worse than a sweatshop call center does not help.
It’s a miserable factory. Putting people in credit card type call center cubes is not good for morale. The leaders could care less about their teams unless they need something for them or they think the team made them look
bad in some way. You executives should try this. Talk to these director. Ask them hard questions that they should know. See if they can answer without going to their teams to provide them with the answers. It would truly be enlightening for all!
