Has anyone heard of any future layoffs for Benefit Verification or Prior Auth reps?
It seems like Health100 is being made to take over the majority of our work.

Why does it matter if you can or can’t understand how H100 replaces someone else’s work? He-l maybe it actually doesn’t? Maybe there’s a different reality that the company needs to figure out how to fund a bunch of H100 roles while H100 still isn’t making the money it needs to pay for their own roles?
H100 isn’t without costs… opex and capex… needs to come from somewhere and CVSH doesn’t want to slide backwards…
Can you explain more how health-100 takes over your work?
