How long do you have to be in seat before you can apply out ?
Can you start applying earlier than 12 months ans is manager notified?

@802 same i joined and its not a good fit. Its terrible tedious work
I’ve been wondering the same, the department I joined isn’t a good fit but others I know that got hired here seem happy and would love to jump to another team. I think officially it is one year but something that I think is bs is that you have to notify your manager when applying, not just when you get an offer. That’s so awkward.
I have always been told that managers like you to be in role for at least 2 years. I haven't seen anything official.
