IT staff were let go

So they're hiring architects for all the infrastructure IT people that were let go. I assume most were the choosen ones of the Nov. '21 great layoff who survived. Did someone suddenly decide that all the leadership's bad decisions and as a result horrible service were the layoff survivors fault?
Who was in house that was on the network team to let go?
Solution architecture was decentralized and now the SAs report up to different AT towers directly.

I think it was just a reorg of one team within IT.
Have not heard a thing about it except here. Are they keeping it a secret?
How many people were cut?
It was the whole onsite network team
Might be the whole team including director and managers.
Looks like some network people got layoff
