How is it more efficient to have gone from using one tool.... Saleworks... to now using two tools DSA & Saleworks to track the same data? Also... the seperate data in DSA & Saleworks is less accurate or accessible than it was when it was solely in Saleworks. Make it make sense!!!!!!

NGSA had horrible tracking for KPIs. The dial / talk time tracker was inaccurate almost every single time. Can't imagine the rest of clowns in the company can make a proper functioning KPI system
I'm ready for a demotion at this point
Dell doesn't know how to make anything make sense.
