Noticed several different leaders (mostly Directors) had their title in Outlook/Teams changed to “CW Optum Business Leader-Requisition.”
Does anyone know what this means and if it has anything to do with impending layoffs?

This is vaugue, but could be a precursor to a reorg.

I have no concrete information on this in regard to Optum. With that said, some of the major tech companies are changing the job titles for individuals working within certain spheres of IT, such as AI. These new Optum titles may/may not be a case of the company shifting in that direction.
