@492 The way Jason actively seeks out the people who are leaving him poor scores rather than simply acknowledging, reflecting, and improving his horrible managing style tells you all you need to know about him. When you have the same sh---y scores and same complaints year after year you at some point have to take ownership and realize that you're the problem, not everyone else. So many good, talented, hard working people have left because of him. He's too far up his own a-s to ever acknowledge his shortcomings or admit when he's wrong, but that tends to be the case for that sect.

@492 That guy is a fu--ing clown and needs to get sacked.
@251 it’s a wonder how Jason Deelstra still has his job after the low scores he consistently receives and how he lashes out at his team during team meeting because of low scores. Not to mention the amount that have left because of him looks poor but he keeps getting away with it.
It is surprising that so many in upper management still have their jobs while the people actually doing the work are the ones let go. I can name so many managers and VP's still here that consistently get poor scores and continue to get preferential treatment. Company morale would shoot through the roof if we got rid of the managers and VP's stifling innovation, creativity, passion. So many low IQ individuals who think they are the brains of the operation when they are in fact the ones running it into the ground.
People are being Let Go, Reorganization. Again
Heard CXP & BES just went through a reorg & are merging together with new titles.
Some CXM’s were put on notice + there was a pay cut for everyone else.
