yeah CWA 1109 really su-k ar-e.
another jealous scab posting about unions that is about to get Riffed
😂 and those numbers don’t include any kickbacks for favors . Can’t tell me this lady 4 year extension wasn’t paid for . That said … I bet the rest of you would love to have those little bit of dues paid to have even just some of the basic job protections that go with it . If we were we wouldn’t be facing the riff every 6 months and have to worry about our job
33 years in, never saw a union president
Do the union leaders really care about us?
@OP Ny/NJ will be hiring facility techs. This way you can experience how the better half of Verizon workers feel. Only thing is , you have to get your fat ar-e up a pole and pass pole climbing
for one thing you HAVE to pay most of your dues as a condition of employment. Also most people are perfectly satisfied with a steady income and no fear of layoff hanging over their head all the time. The union provides this. I imagine a large percentage of non union workforce would happily pay the same amount for the same protection.
Been paying dues for 28 years and I have had the stability to endure the 2008 d-mb-d-mb crisis and currently sitting on a nice rural retreat within 30min of a city center with a pretty damn low interest rate mortgage that's half paid off and valued at double the original purchase price. Couple that with a pension and hefty 401k match and I feel like paying dues for the last 28yrs wasn't but so bad of a security and monetary investment over the long run..
What u got @OP? Family money doesn't count ya meat-ta-d..
I am so sick of paying dues, I am out soon. Corrupt union president is a d@@$h
@ak mad that union members are taken advantage of
@aa they actually do something
Of course they don't care about the employees beyond what it takes to make them productive. What do you think this is, a charity? Their responsibility is to the owners aka shareholders. That's how it is and how it will always be. Some companies preach about morality but once a company becomes publicly traded, all that goes out the window except for the window dressing of morality. It really can't be another way or the owners would have a right to boot out the leaders for being derelict in their duty to maximize profits. Su-ks for the employees of publicly traded corps.
The way you twist the facts, It’s like watching Fox News.
Now do the corporate CEOs and board, Bezos, Musk etc. Don't forget about Mango Donnie while you're at it. Grifted a few billion last year alone. Dipisht!
you mean they make what a splicer makes $244,771–$260,618 ge-z really?
Breaking news: the people up top don’t care about the rest of us, more at 11
