😂 and those numbers don’t include any kickbacks for favors . Can’t tell me this lady 4 year extension wasn’t paid for . That said … I bet the rest of you would love to have those little bit of dues paid to have even just some of the basic job protections that go with it . If we were we wouldn’t be facing the riff every 6 months and have to worry about our job

@OP Ny/NJ will be hiring facility techs. This way you can experience how the better half of Verizon workers feel. Only thing is , you have to get your fat ar-e up a pole and pass pole climbing

for one thing you HAVE to pay most of your dues as a condition of employment. Also most people are perfectly satisfied with a steady income and no fear of layoff hanging over their head all the time. The union provides this. I imagine a large percentage of non union workforce would happily pay the same amount for the same protection.

Been paying dues for 28 years and I have had the stability to endure the 2008 d-mb-d-mb crisis and currently sitting on a nice rural retreat within 30min of a city center with a pretty damn low interest rate mortgage that's half paid off and valued at double the original purchase price. Couple that with a pension and hefty 401k match and I feel like paying dues for the last 28yrs wasn't but so bad of a security and monetary investment over the long run..

What u got @OP? Family money doesn't count ya meat-ta-d..
