It's small, but it's happening.

Probably because it’s poor taste to review ohs scores with people who are on the way out.
So much corporate drama!! Netflix should make a documentary about it.
Our depts OHS review which was scheduled for Monday morning… mysteriously gone. No cancellation or reschedule notice, simply struck from the universe. Coincidence? I think not.
Our VP announced a transition to a fake new AI role that lasted a few months and then he was announcing a sudden "retirement." At the same time one of the Sr. Directors was silently "disappeared" with a vague OOO that stated she was our on sick leave and to refer anything to her manager, the new VP (who was promoted to Sr VP and proceeded to start firing US based employees who could easily be disposed of to save money) that took over for the prior one who was now doing fake AI stuff. The disappeared Sr. Director was on leave for a full 12 months which left their team in limbo and reporting to "interim" managers. Then she was silently removed form the org chart and no mention was made of it.
WORLDS MOST ETHICAL COMPANY!!!
@bh Not true! Our VP was "transitioned" out of the company.
@a4 are you able to share the location of these impacts?
@bh not true. Already happening.
@bh Actually, not true. But, I can say that with the minimal inside knowledge I have, it does appear that Directors (and maybe VPs) get sweetheart deals where their current roles get eliminated but then there is, miraculously, a new role waiting for them. Je-ks.
It’s never the VPs or directors that get RIF
Quality Learing Center is hiring. No skills required.
@ay
Genius thinking, Someone develops a AI agent to continue scanning employee records looking for victims to RIF based on HR requirements and random learning. Until its the last man/woman standing .... LOL
@a4, Damn did HR write their own separation package ... that's so badazz ...
@a4 that new AI chat bot is putting people out of a job
True, just go to LinkedIn and you will see some farewells posts. BU varies. Layoffs are al ready quietly underway. That is tricky so you are not noticing.
HR was hit. I know of 3 people that were laid off.
Wow thanks for this post that tells us absolutely nothing
Org or bu?
