You need to take the hint. The hint is to leave and go where you will be rewarded and appreciated. Company is telling you via the peanuts they gave you. Read the room and exit.

5% its laughable none of the Execs would accept that level of pay rise. They are used to 50% $3 million plus extra a year.

You guys work your a$$es of so the execs can get their deserved pay rises every year.

Most people’s main issue is that around 2015 the company basically stopped giving meaningful pay rises. Since then inflation has eroded buying power by roughly 40%, so in real terms it’s a big pay cut.

At the same time, charge rates to clients have kept up with inflation (or more), so the money is clearly there.

The lucky ones might have seen maybe 2% over the last 10 years — which just isn’t enough. Then you’ve got colleagues doing very little getting the same rises as everyone else, and management wondering why things are going downhill. We're trying to call it out - but obviously it's just falling on deaf ears.
