It’s updated and now shows me as non compliant. They clearly changed the expectations. I’m surprised there isn’t any communication on this from the company.

Guessing you have to connect to the network to get the day in office to count. Mine still show as 11 but in office % varies from 55-61% as they are just calculating the days in office/adjusted possible days. Love that they change the reporting but don’t let them employees know.
It's broken. Mine shows zero in-office, sick, or vacation days for the last 5 months. Even if they changed how they count somehow, you would expect for a few to show up.
Man, I used to be so proud to work for this company, and now it's a constant battle not to give in to anger and resentment and how mis-managed this place is.
Even if they integrate this with Workday (and they should) how are they going to account for travel?
What a disaster. Mine all dropped to 0 days. And I am actually in the office for 8 hours. They must be tracking it through networking now and can't figure out I'm in the office because I work from a VDI.
I want to know if any one us (employees) can initiate a petition on behalf of over 60,000 employees to terminate the employment of Gunjan for misleading employees regarding the evaluation of Talent and Performance (an outdated 8-hour duration of sitting in office chair as the key metric and incorrect data posted in workday).
I show as 0 days when I went 11. Either the data is wrong or none of my days counted since none were at 6 hours.
My compliance for February was at 100% though, so this means they retroactively marked me as non-compliant? This seems super wrong and messed up to not communicate what's going on to people.
@ac same but mine says literally 0% for February and March. I was previously 100% for February.
The data is clearly messed up. I was in 12 or 13 days in March and it said I was in 3 days.
3/5 is 60% so 60% is really 100%
lol I was at 90% compliance now I’m at 48%
@a7 that's my assumption right now. If they're using a different method to calculate 3 day/week adherence, they need to correct this tool ASAP because people are upset about it now and of course with no announcement that makes it worse.
My In Office Details says 0 Days in Office for February and March. Seems like they still can't get this basic report correct.
I would guess - at least as of today - the settings in WD are wrong as opposed to expectations changing. How often have they rolled out features in WD and they are correct day 1?
That said, expectations can always change ...
Surely they'e going to communicate something to employees about these changes and what the new expectations are?
I followed a 11-day commitment at Hopkins by taping my badge (6-8 hours), BUT STILL my duration was misrepresented as 6 days. GunJan by following her partners (Caterpillar/sweatshop strategy) has vociferously criticized the evaluation of Talent and Performance metric of its merit employees, citing an absurd metric of 8-hour stints on office chairs. Gunjan's (who studied M.S. Industrial Administration - NOT MBA) and her partners (Caterpillar/Sweatshop) strategy is destined to bankrupt U.S. Bank, a decision that may be etched in history as one of the most disastrous leadership decisions.
@a3 that would mean the goal % that we need to hit is somewhere between 60-65%.
I believe the tracking is now going to be based off three days a week and no longer a goal of just 11 days. I believe there is going to be network monitoring as well to ensure at least 6 hours a day in the office as well.
In order to hit 100%, you would need to be in office every day of your "adjusted work days", which would effectively end hybrid roles. I just asked my manager and he said expectations haven't changed but I assume with this change it's just a matter of time before they change that.
Yea I just seen this too, my 11 days plus went to 9 days and 52 percent for in office days?? These people are criminal.
