It's under "Leaves" or something in the benefits/team member handbook. It's been the same for at least 15 to 20 years.

People get annoyed because we use this site to share info about layoffs. It's a very stressful time at WF when we are constantly facing threats of layoff and a terrible job market.

And then someone who can't take 5 min to look up basic info that is on Teamworks shows up and acts helpless. If you can't make the effort to search for this basic info, I hope they let you go first.

Why can’t people answer a simple question rather than being a--holes.
Typically two weeks for every year worked. And a 60 day notice.

Dozens of us got laid off in St. Louis Mo today. We were told 60 day pay while not working then severance of 2weeks for every year worked with a cap of 52 weeks I believe.
