I think we can safely say that we now know exactly as much about more layoffs as we did before the earnings. Yes, we have some numbers, and we know some changes are coming, but when it comes to when, where, and how many, we're still in the same exact position. Great.

In the last 15 years i have seen and executed riffs every year.. more recently twice a year.. so it is just standard practice. It is not something you can control so stop worrying about it. It s not always related to performance.. especially lately it hasnt been. Just work enjoy the money while it lasts and move on if you are unhappy in your role/org. If it makes you anxious, dont wait till you get depressed.
I'm pretty sure that was the goal.
