RTO Timeline

If you got your letter and you opt not to move, how long until you’re given two weeks notice to leave?
A couple weeks? A couple months? Whenever they feel like it?

Hearing June also. Likely for 2Q headcount targets.

Corporate RTO and FW initiatives were announced by John in early 2022. Everyone has now had 4 years notice to prepare. This is more than generous.

@OP, I agreed to move to a hub. My team was given 10 months notice verbally, followed by a formal email to be the hub about a month before I was to arrive at hub location. Those on my team who declined to move had e-signed that they would be let go anytime in the next 10 months. They were let go with 2 weeks notice about 2.5 months after signing.

Others in my same location but different team/business unit were given 13 months verbally. Another group of people got 16 months. Those who declined to move were let go in batches in that time period. It ultimately depends on your business unit & team. VP or above have some say in this.
