How did everyone do? I received 3% merit and 90% of AIP.

People with merits 3% or more are generally at the lower end of the pay-scale for their roles. It doesn’t mean you did anything great it’s they are trying to get you close to MRP.
3% increase and 88% AIP
I got 1.5% same as last yr - "sorry did the best I could" via email - and had years of exceeds but nothing since coming over to national.
Some managers are straight up di-ks and won’t tell their directs until next week.
@a9 Maybe don’t brag. You are exceptional and not the rule. Most of us will be lucky to see 2% merit.
