Still haven’t received my review/statement yet. But wondering what type of individual multipliers employees are receiving? Can’t find any documentation to show when someone would get 95% vs 100% vs 105% or any other percentage

I got 110% but in the convo with my manager, the 5 point scale is also on a bell curve so they keep the vast majority of people in the middle of the 5 point scale and have to fight to get anyone approved for "above average" and show tangible metrics.
AI innovator: it is not about what you do or you don't. So don't do extra stuff for the bonus... or raise.. Everyone should think: BARE MINIMUM!
@13p kneepads and skill.
I got 90% and I'm innovating with AI as well as keeping up my normal duties.
Wondering what it would take to get 100%
For those who took ERP last year, what is the final AIP?
Make no mistake people, the move to a 5-point review system and aligning reviews directly with pay was designed to give LESS $$, not more. And leader budgets aside, you can choose to give out all your budget and give everyone 100% if you can, and leaders above you will still change it and NOT use all your budget (or align it somewhere else) because your budget is ultimately theirs. And THEY are being discouraged from having too many 'exceptional/excellent' people -- they want a bell-shaped curve.
Your leader determines your individual multiplier. They receive a budget essentially equivalent to what it would be if each team member got 100% and then play with the numbers from there. This also means that if you get over 100%, then someone on your team got less than 100%. To put it another way, someone gets penalized so another can get rewarded. They can call it discretionary all they want, but the only message that can be drawn from receiving less than a 100% individual multiplier is that you fell short. I’ve been sc--wed this way two years in a row now after having received 100 or slightly above the four years prior. To me, if you meet the goals set for you, then you should receive the full 100%. Any shift from that is playing favorites with a process that is stacked against us. And it’s hard to stomach fighting over a few thousand dollars when the lowest-compensated member of the executive team still pockets a few million.
I was told that even 100% is a real battle to get.
Have seen more instances of lower multipliers (sub-100) than ever this year. Highly tagged to review now. If you get a 1 or 2, you can expect 50-80%. If you get a 3, then 80-105% maybe. IDK what 4/5 gets because rating someone as excellent has to now be proven in court to a jury and decided on by a court of SVPs.
Most seem to be within the 80 to 125 range
