Anyone have details on what this new model is? It was mentioned in the All Leader Town Hall yesterday and said details will be released in March. Just trying to mentally prepare for another round of someone's great idea creating chaos and change for the rest of us.

We've been hearing about this 'new operating model' for like 6 months now and it still hasn't happened. They keep kicking it down the road, but now they are giving a date. I guess they wanted to hire 10 more SVPs first and get the remaining ERP folks out the door. Guess they'll unleash the chaos next month sometime... I'm sure it will just unwind or re-order a bunch of stuff like we've never tried it before.
I had to chuckle a little about this post. It is so true though. Yes, we all need to mentally prepare for the next round of decisions the pencil pushers make. By the 3rd or 4th quarter they will be in panic mode and it will be to the worker bees demise. Same ole..same ole.
