Suspicious, someone is terminated 4 months later over their Halloween costume.
Just goes to show you , cannot trust HR dept or Leadership team.
HR dept. needs to worry about getting employees paid correctly. Numerous payroll mistakes every pay period.

Did the employee who was terminated tell you first hand that they were fired for their Halloween costume? If not, you're gossiping and speculating.

I’m just curious. What outfit could he or she fired for? They didn’t dress up as the CEO. I guess I could’ve came up with something more funnier.
