Yet you are not giving at least 50 percent of your associates either no raises or bonuses though their hard work and perseverance has gotten you these outstanding results. Ahh I remember complaining about getting the pizza party now this feels like a pat on the back or a ribbon to pin on my shirt. The RIFS, ERP and lack of AIP and raises you would make people think numbers are not being hit but in the mist of the lack of Moral within you are producing exceedingly high numbers. You should be ashamed that many of your associates have to choose between buying groceries or paying for their high medical bills ,because the only thing they can afford is the HDMP cheapest option. Even a penny short on their check puts them at risk of being homeless or not being able to get a loaf of bread to last them until the next check.

@ev Have you not seen the 2025 results people want what they did for 2025 not 2026. We are not asking for a bonus in advance we are asking for what is owed based on our 2025 results where we hit or over performed in.

Benefit ratio too high to make a decent margin. Regulatory and political pressure. And yes, poor management. Impending AI elimination of many white collar jobs. But you want your bonus (stamps foot)…

@b1 we expect raises based on the 2025 reporting performance for what we did to get it it to where it was 2025 reporting call they did great and exceeded expectations.

You forgot the decrease and 401k match, the increase and our insurance benefits with higher deductibles and cr-ppy coverage, the two year ago decrease and our PTO bank so they don't have to float money. Money and if you really pay attention to the earnings call today. Lot of mention of outsourcing and automation. It's not going to be good.
