@g0 - Absolutely, it should start with AI&D. The cut should start with Kalyani and Anil.
It's time to restructure this team to actually align with business goals, because right now the ROI is invisible. If the current tech is supposedly working, why aren't we cutting the headcount by 50% and letting the "capable" agents handle the rest?
Anil, Luyang and Atul need to be replaced. They are not a good fit for this role and their presence is negatively impacting team morale
