@a2 I read the 20% cuts is for tower and corporate. Not sure what the “corporate” is reference to.
• ~20% workforce reduction in tower-only and support teams due to revenue pressure and post-Fiber/Small Cell restructuring
• Org simplification: combined roles, fewer managers, wider spans of control, faster decision-making
• Notifications by end of day Feb 5, 2026; severance includes salary, benefits, and 2025 bonus eligibility
• Hybrid change: 4 days in office / 1 remote starting July 1, 2026 for employees near major offices
• Overall goal: leaner, tower-focused Crown Castle
