Is anyone’s noticing their department is going broke? India team is only growing larger but we are all of a sudden out of funds to host any events, cater , etc. Oh & dont forget the .1% raise that we are all anticipating.

Reason why I’m so pi---d is they had me give everyone their 1% but then are going to lay those people off so they won’t even have to pay it out. I could have spread that out over the people who would be staying if I knew that! Just another way for them to fu-k over employees.
Supervisor here. 3s will get .5% 4s 1% and 5s 1.5%. At least in my department

A little birdy told me there will be no raises or "bonuses" this year.. Reputable source!!
India is full of scammers and liars with fake degrees that they get in 2 weeks that are all worthless. None of them know anything about our product or business and are just using us.
All employees should be in America. This is an American product sold to Americans.
@dm Yeah we allow the scammers access to sensitive information and they sell that information on side to scammers for profit.
India is the next big thing; it's a growing economy ripe for new business and years of profitable growth. All companies are investing in India to sell their products. My only question is. Does India need our health insurance products.
We haven’t had money for training or events in like 3 years.
