Run away.
Managers will use connect weeks to scare you. Don’t let them stress you out when they try to guess what HR means. Managers get a notification if you’re not in the office enough, before HR. They will use this because they have zero power in the firm.
Pretty sure they told you it was a “dynamic role” when you were hired. The majority of roles are hybrid. If you weren’t sure what that ment, you should have asked your TA before accepting the job.

Can’t you just go two weeks consecutively and be in compliance ?
