I received Meets and a 29% raise, but that was due to a significant promotion
Also got a 24% bonus.

I was Exceeds and got 3% merit with the same bonus dollars as last year. Rating does not always correlate to better compensation

This guy is the only one that got 28% raise in 2025 EVEN Though we are getting 4% or less and the earnings wasn’ stelar
