So not everyone is getting the HR email. Does that mean that those team who get the email will be affected?

@ac HR is only on calls expected to be outside of normal. For example, those who are expected to be highly angry or upset. They do not attend every JE call.

@ac id just flat out ask your manager now. Especially with that mass email and hearing some have already been notified. If it’s not to eliminate you today, it doesn’t mean it won’t on the next round or rounds.
Sorry if this is a d-mb question, but should anyone impacted just be expecting an invite from HR? Or is it possible for your manager to do it during a 1:1? My manager rescheduled our 1:1 to be this morning (normally on Tuesday’s) and I’ve been anxious all week.

Confirmed. Received the invite from HR this morning. Me and my team have just been eliminated.
Su-ks to not have a job but this will ultimately be the best thing that’s happened to me. There are greener pastures. And everyone I know that has been laid off eventually says the same things.
Keep your heads up everyone.

Rec’d this email and I’m a fairly new employee. Just dandy.
2k roles in the next month and that’s not counting VRP.
Case Managers at Cigna received a company-wide email notifying us of layoffs starting today and going on for the next few weeks.
Email came through this morning at 8:03 to all employees that 2000 will be terminated between now and the end of February.
