For all its warts, Fidelity is much better, less cutthroat, and offers better compensation than most tech companies. Get a clue, or leave for your greener pastures. Whiners.

Fidelity is so much better than Schwab in every way.
There is no comparison! Fidelity has lost their way with the DEI nonsense, poorly trained leaders and pushing products over what is right for their clients. The compensation is significantly below industry average, benefits have been declining over recent years. Abby and executive leadership have lost their way and focus. In the end I am glad to have jumped ship and work for a firm that better aligns with my personal beliefs and truly puts the clients' financial needs first
