Considering that Pnc has given $2 million to the city, I’d say they will be nonexistent. Now it’s all starting to come together. The RTO is to try to boost the city. Unfortunately, that’s not gonna work. There’s no place to shop. Nobody wants to go out and eat anymore because it’s too expensive…. Unless you’re an executive. I can’t afford to park downtown either but the executives who can afford to park are given free parking spaces. What about us?
