Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

If you were in the affected area you received an email on 1/23 and should communicate with your manager, as per usual, about any concerns or absences. Wells Fargo actually communicated this time ahead of the event. Today a communication was sent as well via text. If you did not update Workday, per the 1/23 message, then you may not have received the notification.

My manager just said write it up and will do an exception in workday for the 2 affected members on my team.

We were told to take PTO if we couldn’t make it into the office due to inclement weather.

Are you talking about the WEEKEND storm? Already trying to plan for Monday and Tuesday?

Get over yourself. There are legitimate problems and this is what you're whining about?

I was told if the school buses are not rolling that I should stay home and let them know. Sad that your manager has no heart

Everyone just needs to quiet quit. Return the favor and do the bare minimum. If they don't care about you, why should you care about the company?

And yes, for sure start looking for a new job.

You may as well go outside and yell at the clouds. Nobody cares whether you stay or go. Hard to believe you just realized you work for a company that cares absolutely nothing about you.
