Congratulations to the CEO for just destroying the work life/balance at PNC. Work/life balance no longer exists at PNC. Good bye to all the talent and hard working people at this business. He has no idea what he just did to his employees.

I had an HR approved accommodation through PNC to wfh to take care of my sick parents which was fine for the first mandate but now I just got the email for my seat assignment. Make it make sense.
We got our email around 930am. No more hybrid or remote. Even though my group works virtually. Such a crock of sh-t and I hope this effects pnc stock and it backfires on him completely
Pnc doesn't care about it's people and never has. Billy baby boy wants more money and to be in charge because he's having a tantrum about his reports not wanting to talk to him. He's such a little child about it all.
