@ej Yeah but I'm betting they include those on PIP's as part of WFR because those are virtually impossible to pass, anyways.

I doubt they ever PIP engineering or product managers for dishing out inferior products.
No more WFR for sales… they’ll just PIP them out for not hitting their number/keeping up with all the ridiculous (yet strategic) KPIs. Plus PIPS mean no severance is paid out… do the math.
@aa lol hey, im bad at math... 10% of 100 is 10 thousand so yeah, i guess it'd be closer to 11k employees i guess

10% would mean about 18k employees and no way will Dell offer themselves up into the WARN act board lol.
yada yada yada... 10% is unlikely as is "across the board." ISG/CSG/Sales and engineering and IT are the ones to get hit, like always.
