No more WFR for sales… they’ll just PIP them out for not hitting their number/keeping up with all the ridiculous (yet strategic) KPIs. Plus PIPS mean no severance is paid out… do the math.

yada yada yada... 10% is unlikely as is "across the board." ISG/CSG/Sales and engineering and IT are the ones to get hit, like always.
