Eager beaver and toxic manager posts

Is there a way to report such cases to anyone without any serious consequences???

It's frustrating how managers are blatantly using these tactics.

I am in a similar situation where this new person who have no access to system whatsoever, is suddenly been asked to "take the lead"

@kh so the chairman's line is the whiner hotline now? Better answer is calling mommy and crying that someone was mean to you. Honest to gawd - there are some many spoiled children on this board. Su-k it up, get your excellent 401k match, or look for another job.

For the eager beaver…call a game warden! For the toxic manager call poison control! Problem solved…anything else?

Not much you can do. Fidelity’s flattened hierarchy creates scenarios exactly like this where it just appears as favoritism. Fidelity being the large company that it is will hide any potential bias so low level employees have no recourse. Make this new person your best friend and, if you work at the same location, maybe you’ll stay on the team or won’t be pushed to leave.
