Trying to trust the reset

I'm still not convinced Dan is a bad thing for this place. I think it'll just take some time and pain to get where he needs to be to see the positives. I could be wrong, but I'd rather wait to make my judgement than make it right away and proceed to stress over things I can't change.

Dan is being too delicate with things. He needs to take charge. It is high time we got rid of retail. The people in retail don't understand technology and have should have no place selling it. They think that maneuvering through menus on a device is high tech work. They jump through hoops competing with each other on who can grift the most each month. Third party should be left to do this type of dirty work. The reputation they have built has made it an embarrassment to admit to being a VZ employee.

He is definitely not good for the company. Look at his track record. He is just stealing money at other people's expense.

The CMO Commercials are getting worse. The fact she is able to get these approved is a testament that Vz Execs are still sitting in one big circle and all right handed!

These clowns sold business to frontier only to spend the same amount as the sale to buy yahoo and aol. You can't trust clowns with money.

There is no reason besides constitutionally blind optimism to "trust the reset". Trust it for what exacty ? As an employee ?! Haven't you been paying attention to what the man says ? Leaner, cheaper. 100% focused on profit. What part of that is optimistic for employees? I don't say this lightly and I hate to make personal statements in response here- BUT you are being naive.

@a9 it's the people and the process. 50/50 that failed. Still a good amount on the fat side. Too many don't do there job to the company standard vs doing the managers standard that's usless

Nothing has really changed though. It’s the processes not the people that have failed Verizon. This cut took some really strong employees and didn’t seem to have a larger plan in place. Our commercials still su-k, our brand is still a rainbow mess
