I keep hearing mentions and whispers of reorgs. Anyone have insight to that? What areas are involved and when?

@en Sounds like you are familiar. Sorry to hear that. But explains the keyboard warrior thing.
The CXDP changes in late October early November were a big flop for many reasons including poor RIF selections, nonsensical reorganization, and reqs being pulled to support planned initiatives. Massive budget reductions hit CXDP as well meaning many more RIF’s since projects aren’t going to move forward.
Hearing voices, or auditory hallucinations, isn't always a sign of severe mental illness; it can stem from stress, trauma, sleep deprivation, grief, substance use or hearing loss. Please take care.
Anyone have any insight on upcoming CXDP reorgs in Jan/Feb?
@ad what is oess and what functions were impacted? What areas moved to OI?
OESS was hit with reorgs about a month ago and some of the teams that were part of OESS moved to different parts of the org, such as OI. Haven't heard of any layoffs due to the reorgs yet but that could easily change.
Tech and biz process. As some know we lost a ton of major customers 12/31. Once the winding down ends, so too will many roles unfortunately. Likely before February.
