Hello all fellow HSIC family. Yep, I was a statistic of a layoff. I have my medical and dental associates asking who they should place their orders with since they do not want to deal with HS at this time. Any suggestions would be so helpful. All the best to all of you 💕.
@kdj They'll be plenty more jobs gone. KKR an investment firm already owns 17% of the company and all they care about is making money. Eventually this company will be gone, when investment firms take control companies dissolve.

@kdj All customer service and credit collection will be sent to India by Fall. Heard this from a director.
@ker Mainly any job that can be sent to India. Credit/ collections and customer service first to go, others will follow.

Such a joke when you find the select few they may get 1 or 2 more years but this entire company is being dismantleed and will be sold off

@kdj I've seen that it's sales support, customer service, AR team, dropship and medical order entry (Brasseler USA & Schein). I've heard through the grapevine that this will be happening the rest of the year and jobs are being outsourced to India. Last I heard it has been 400+ people and I'm not sure what the new numbers are.
Does anyone know if they are planning anymore layoffs for customer service at Schein companies
@k5x I tell all my dental accounts go elsewhere Henry Schein doesn't care about it's employees or customer's. New CEO is a POS.

Customer service India …. What a nightmare and definitely a loss in making the customer feel more personalized. Profits will sink
@k53 Credit/ Collections Jobs all going to India, and they was us to to stay on till July 3rd till they take over,lol

over 400 people laid off.
Brasseler Credit Dept was given layoff dates
Entire SSR Department was given a layoff date today. So sad. Over 70 people. Company is hiring a new people from India
