They are on the path to disband Project Delivery Organization altogether. No more large scale projects are in works in US.
Company is restructuring for the second time in three years.
Projects are being canceled/re-prioritized.
They’ve been conducting soft-layoffs for at least the past six months.
There’s currently a hiring freeze in several departments.
They’re likely to continue with soft-layoffs, and to maintain the current freeze in hiring to reduce their workforce via attrition through Q1 2026 at least.
