Preferably for free. They’ll keep setting conditions and requirements harder to meet, so we either quit or give them grounds to fire us. Make your decisions accordingly. I wouldn’t relocate for a job these days under any circumstances. I want to keep my job, and I need it, especially now when the job market is horrendous and the future is very volatile. But the cost of relocating, both material and social, can’t be justified for a job that doesn’t pay all that much and that you could lose the day after you move.

I will RTO and relocate if needed. I want to keep my job.
Anyone still saying with this company is enjoying the agony, defaulted personalities !
I’m planning on leaving end of January. Staying just long enough to tie up some personal things, get my review and ensure my bonus. 14 years here was far too long. I should have left 10 years ago, but they kept dangling that advancement stick, something that never happened. That coupled with all the changes, toxic culture, and expected 24/7 hours. I’m out. Would have been nice to get the severance, but I’m not staying any longer. I can make more elsewhere and turned down too many other opportunities staying here. They never reciprocated with any loyalty to me. Time to go where I’ll be appreciated.
Tell me something new? Low quality post
Relocation su-ks, yeah.
Moved three times with the company trying to keep my job and they still threatened to fire me over the Covid shot.
So cry me a river about RTO.
Get your chump a-s back in the office.
No future in telecom employment unless you are a high level manager. All kaput and moving to Pune or Manila till AI kicks in. All being automated
If you are well educated and qualified, you are working somewhere else already.
