With the new office opening in Minnesota, there are so many job openings making me wonder, is the company as good as people painted to be? Any ex Medtronic employees?

Toxic leadership and woke work environment.
I second the previous comment. I’m ex-BSC and now at Medtronic. It’s a complete 180 for sure and I’m having a hard time adjusting to the reality that this company doesn’t care for their employees the way that BSC does. Completely different corporate culture.
I’m an ex-Medtronic employee that recently joined Boston. It is like a comple 180 from where Medtronic is at. Non-toxic company that cares for its employees.
