Employee surveys

Have the most recent employee survey results been released? No one seems to know in my area. And if they have - are results the same, higher or lower than the previous survey?

Don’t fill out the survey. It just boosts their egos that the engagement is up. Show them how it’s done by skipping the survey and the engagement will be down. Only way to prove a point.

The last one was my last one. I'm done.

The past 2 years worth of survey clearly shows that Management Committee is the problem. Survey after survey shows employees are VERY unhappy with the CEO and MC. But nothing has been done about it. Just some fluff words at best and awkwardly walking around the real issue. It is just all-round embarrassing for everyone on these all-staff calls.

Let them fix the issues with management committee that employees have voiced over and over .... then I will start taking those surveys again.

I’m in leadership and I didn’t fill out the survey. They only care about the percentage of people that fill it out.

They have come out. The responses about Managing Committee are trash and fully reflect there actions this year.

@a3 Same. Been here over 10 years. First one I’ve skipped. They’re worthless anyway, and it seems they look at filling it out as engagement, no matter what you actually say in there.

#1 rule of surveys it to avoid doing them. That speaks louder than doing them.

I don't know but I believe I saw that there was 69% participation, which is very low compared to historical participation. This was the first one I've never filled out in over 10 years here. There's no point, they never do anything with it anyways.
