Has anyone been successful in negotiating keeping their tenure at the company. Had a two year gap and just got an offer.

Imagine if the CEO made $30M a year and didn’t have to.
Imagine if the CEO took off 6 weeks of sabbatical, that would be hilarious
I heard that Severances were previously calculated based off of tenure, meaning all years of service, minus any breaks. They are now saying it is based off of "continuous" employment, so previous years worked, would not be considered on a severance offer. If you were laid off once, and then again later, would you be entitled to the previous years of service? or only that of the continuous employment? Has anyone been laid off twice, and received two severances, that can confirm how this is calculated?
Not an option. Even the high powered executives that come back like EH don’t get reinstated their sabbatical. However, you still accrue at your total tenure at Nike.
Whatever you do, don’t come in below the level you were at when you left. Ideally, you’ve gained new experiences and can actually come in at a higher level than you were when you left.
Your previous years at Nike are basically counted toward your tenure anyways. There's nothing to negotiate. For PTO accumulation, for example, Nike will already include previous time working at the company. The only thing that resets is your clock for sabbatical.
You should definitely try. Worst thing they can do is say no.
