Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

Free Bird Here

I see nothing has changed at the Great Blue Monster. Check in here occasionally to find out how many lives they are wrecking this year.

Was caught up in 2022 layoff at PEP after 15 years when my department was offshored.

The last 3.5 years are the best I've had since before I started at PEP.

Feel for those still stuck at that soul crushing company. Much better companies out there to work for.

Wishing you all health, wealth, and happiness.

If you got offshored that means all you were was data entry.

Are you a “free bird” if PepsiCo still lives in your head three years later?

So many losers that don’t even work for PepsiCo anymore stalk this website. What a bunch of losers, and probably the best thing Ramon did was get rid of you all.

Ignore the sourpuss. Thank you OP for sharing that the grass is greener. Many of us poured our hearts and souls into this company for 15, 20, 25, 30 or more years. To some of us, it was more than a paycheck. Our coworkers were our 2nd family (before the outsourcing). Yes, there is a new way of life at the workplace now, but if this current generation can’t figure out how to appreciate the encouragement and advice of others, it’s going to be a long, hard road at whatever company you work for.
