If Walmart were better run working for Mondelez wouldn’t be as terrible as it is. Stores sc--w up your on-hands then blame you when the orders are massive due to counts that are WAY off.

From what I’ve seen in Walmarts, id still prefer Mondelez. And i hate working for Mondelez

Only opportunity at Mondelez if you “know the right people or sleep your way to the top”! Stay away from this organization, worst management ever!

Walmart and Mondelez offer similar opportunities for growth, but I’d argue there’s more opportunity with Mondelez. If you’re strictly talking about staying at an entry or lower level job then yes, Walmart is better. I say this because you can get away with doing less work as a Walmart loser than being a Mondelez loser. Regardless OP will always be a loser with either company :)
