Are they going to announce the next round of closures right before inventory like they did last year?

Stores won’t officially know until Jan 8, 2026
Our store in DTLA closed in March this year and we got told a year in advance and it was torture.
Simply put, if you’re not going to do inventory that’s usually a sign of a closing store!
lol, right before inventory is the Macy’s way. Have everyone get inventory ready, make all those maps then BAM…you’re closing. Those that are closing already have a hunch so it will be no real surprise.
