All I know is our Division commercial team of 300+ got today off for relaxation. Never seen that before after a 3 day week last week. 4 day weekend last week and 3 day weekend this week. If this how the new leaders respond to restructuring these days. Have to say pretty nice. Been thru a bunch of restructuring never got this kind of perk. Hope they do it again next year.
